A few months back while at the mall trying to connect it kept saying password expired. I called help desk and sat almost 40 min sorting out. Eventually mailed then and sent details. No one responded. This weekend back at a mall trying to connect with very same issue. This time asked the consultant to call back if we get disconnected because 40min again on the phone to have nothing sorted is costly. The line cut and no one called back. I once again am stuck with no internet and no one responds to any of my technical help queries.
Is there anyone that can actually assist or know how to reset a single password? Not happy that it takes months to sort this out.
