Purchased the 2G deal for R99 and was deducted from my bank account but no voucher was received via email or SMS. When I called their call centre I was told they could not help me and that I should email their support team, which I did. 8 hours later and 2 emails in I receive a "****y" response to say that they have emailed me at 1:30pm (5hours after my initial email and that has mysteriously never appeared in my inbox/spam) and that they can't find evidence of my purchase. So I sent them my bank statement with prove of the transaction and which hotspot it was purchased at. No response has been received and no data. I will never purchase from them again and would not recommend them at all.

these people called me on pretense of a cellphone contract they told me about the always connect. i advised that i was not interested but they said no money will go off my account, this was on the 5th December 2020 i called in on the 11 December 2020 to cancel i even got an sms to confirm and yet they still debited from my account. called them and they cut my calls eventually i get someone she asked for my email said i must talk to the manager before she take the email the call cut they did not call me back but when they wanted me to take the product they called me more than 8 times.... they cheaters liars and stealer.... Do Not Except anything from them they take the money and give bad service as well as no communication.....PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE LIARS I WILL OPEN A CASE BECAUSE OF THIS AND I HAVE PROOF.

A few months back while at the mall trying to connect it kept saying password expired. I called help desk and sat almost 40 min sorting out. Eventually mailed then and sent details. No one responded. This weekend back at a mall trying to connect with very same issue. This time asked the consultant to call back if we get disconnected because 40min again on the phone to have nothing sorted is costly. The line cut and no one called back. I once again am stuck with no internet and no one responds to any of my technical help queries. Is there anyone that can actually assist or know how to reset a single password? Not happy that it takes months to sort this out.

I’ve purchased a prepaid voucher card that does not load. After contacting their customer service via phone and mail, this matter is still unresolved. Not the first time this has happened but after a week still no response from their end. In the beginning this was a good service for mobile warriors but now it’s pathetic in terms of service and delivery. Retailers who stock these cards should warn customers that even after 24 hrs cards do not reflect on AlwaysON system. This was my last purchase from this provider.

I have had nothing but trouble from this internet provider. I have a tenant in 213 The Epic, Patricia Road, Atholl, Sandton. My tenant has not had internet connection for over 6 weeks. It has become so bad that the tenant has only given me half of the rent, and is threatening to stop paying altogether. I have written letters, spoken to the supplier and all to no avail. I would like my client to be satisfied, and aat the same time I will then be paid the usual rental.

On 02/10/2019 i called Always On as i had difficulty to log in to my account. The consultant confirmed to me that my account has been suspended/closed for some reason, although i was still paying every month ( via deb order ). I was requested to submit proof, which i did. up to date i have not feedback, no one bothers to reply on my emails, accept for the email of 22/10/2019 "AlwaysOn Ticket CAS-407938-QNS3NF has been resolved. CRM:0038000014731" I called AlwaysOn and spoke to Gomelo (not sure of the spelling) at 14:20 on 24/10/2019, I was holding on for about 10min for her to check something and dropped the call. Yesterday (27/10) i received an email stating that they want all my bank statements as proof. Surely they must have some record of the deb order as they have been deducting it from my account for the past year now. And i have already send the proof from Jan 2019 that it was deducted from my account. This is absolutely pathetic. All I want is my refund. How difficult can it be to refund the money that they took from my account without providing a service

This service simply does not work for me so it is a complete time waster. I logged a query on the website a few days agao as it wasn't working. Nothing was done so Icalled support this morning after 6 and went through an extended process of trying to connect, with support. Eventually the support person said he would call back. 45 minutes later there was no call so I tried again. My earlier ticket had been closed as 'connected successfully' (definitely untrue) so I gave up. The support person wanted me to start again, so I basically gave up. Rather waste time posting a warning to others.
