Have been waiting over 2 weeks for my refund, everytime I ask, I get told it is being escalated -and that they have a backlog but can never be given an exact date on when I can expect my money to be returned or if the refund has even been processed
Still waiting for my photos from my graduation that was 20/05/22. No update from the business that they are running late, I had to constantly email them to get a reply to find out what's going on. When I eventually got a reply on 11/07, they said they were running behind and were on working on pictures for the graduation dates 05/05. It has been 25 working days since that email and a total of 54 working days since my graduation. I've been trying to get an update since Monday with no reply, despite daily follow up emails asking for an update. Not impressed at all, and super unprofessional - spent a lot of money on the photos, just to get extremely poor service.
Found an unauthorised debit order going back 5 years. Please advise how I go about cancelling this and getting my money back. It shows it operates under Hotspotter
Reviewed my bank statements going back 5 years and have found an unauthorised debit order. I never signed anything and want to know how this has happened and how do I go about getting my money back?
Release tickets, website doesn't load properly, poor customer service, ignoring customers trying to get answers and the they put ticket sales on hold, and then don't give an estimate time of re-opening the ticket sales so we must just sit in front of our computers for the rest of the day as if we don't have work and other duties to tend to!
Disgusting service - cancelled my order without telling me or refunding me. Have spent the past week or so on the phone requesting a refund. Been told they processed it and i should wait 3-5 working days. It has been 7! Every time i phone the manager/supervisor is on an escalation or in a meeting and "they will phone me back" - which of course they never do. I will never recommend this site to any of my friends Have probably spent close to R150 on the call centre with them.
