I called the FNB connect on Saturday 13 June to ask for a Proof of Purchase for a TV i bought by them. The TV is already paid for. I was transferred to 3 people and then cut off. I valled again and spoke to someone who asked all my info, from my adress tk nh account details , even my last transactions on my account, them the call was cut. On Monday 15 June i called again, and the person transferred me to the new sales department. I have send an email to the complaints department. No word of them, no reply, no response. I tried to log a formal complaint on the website, thr verification codes does not work I tried to chat to the the team of bankers on the app, they also cannot assist. How am I supposed to get the info that i need if no one seems to be able or competent enough to help??? This is so frustrating
On 02/10/2019 i called Always On as i had difficulty to log in to my account. The consultant confirmed to me that my account has been suspended/closed for some reason, although i was still paying every month ( via deb order ). I was requested to submit proof, which i did. up to date i have not feedback, no one bothers to reply on my emails, accept for the email of 22/10/2019 "AlwaysOn Ticket CAS-407938-QNS3NF has been resolved. CRM:0038000014731" I called AlwaysOn and spoke to Gomelo (not sure of the spelling) at 14:20 on 24/10/2019, I was holding on for about 10min for her to check something and dropped the call. Yesterday (27/10) i received an email stating that they want all my bank statements as proof. Surely they must have some record of the deb order as they have been deducting it from my account for the past year now. And i have already send the proof from Jan 2019 that it was deducted from my account. This is absolutely pathetic. All I want is my refund. How difficult can it be to refund the money that they took from my account without providing a service
I had a problem with receiving my electricity token after i bought it via EFT. they have this great online chat site that helps you to solve your issue live!! this is awesome. James help me very friendly and very patiently. i was online with him for almost 2 hours, and he went the extra mile to help me - i really enjoyed the service and can't wait for my next problem just to chat online again LOL
