AMARA DAY SPA A MUST
Die was nou n lekker bederf.. Ek het my ma gevat vir n hele dag se special treat... Ons het n Full Body massage 60min gehaat, Die Indian Head Massage 30min, Die hande en voete scrub en massage treatment 30min elk gehaat en alles was die beste... Ek het ook die back neck and shoulder massage gehaat met n facial... wat n gr8 experience.... Amara DAY spa is die plek om te besoek... Die mense daar is vriendelik hulle doen moeite en as jy daar uit stap voel jy soos n million dollars en relaxed... #MothersdayTreat

Money money no human decency
We had our day booked at the spa for today. Unfortunately I am a migraine sufferer and that is not something that can be planned. So I woke up with a migraine. We had to b there at 9:15. I phoned them 8:00, to let them know I really can't do this and if we can postpone. They tried to convince me to come in, I decline, seeing that my migraines get quite bad. They send me a cancellation policy note telling me, I'll not get a refund nor a postponement, because I didn't cancel 2 days prior to the appointment. As if I would have known I was going to have a migraine. This is a low blow for a customer who paid almost R4000 for a treatment and a stay over. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE....
