I contacted your call centre regarding my undelivered parcel and spoke to a representative named Robyn. The interaction was extremely unprofessional. Robyn refused to provide a last name, stating that she is “the only Robyn in the company” and therefore I “don’t need to know it.” When I requested the complaints email or any escalation contact, she told me that no complaints mechanism exists at the company, which is highly ********* and unacceptable for a service provider.
Robyn also claimed that my package is “at the depot,” yet she was unable to give me the depot’s address. She repeatedly told me that the package was “leaking” and kept asking whether I “still want it,” implying that the package may have been opened, damaged, or tampered with.
This interaction left me with no answers, no transparency, and even more concern about the condition and whereabouts of my package.
