I contacted your call centre regarding my undelivered parcel and spoke to a representative named Robyn. The interaction was extremely unprofessional. Robyn refused to provide a last name, stating that she is “the only Robyn in the company” and therefore I “don’t need to know it.” When I requested the complaints email or any escalation contact, she told me that no complaints mechanism exists at the company, which is highly ********* and unacceptable for a service provider. Robyn also claimed that my package is “at the depot,” yet she was unable to give me the depot’s address. She repeatedly told me that the package was “leaking” and kept asking whether I “still want it,” implying that the package may have been opened, damaged, or tampered with. This interaction left me with no answers, no transparency, and even more concern about the condition and whereabouts of my package. PPA53462361451
I am absolutely fed up at this point. My goods were never delivered, and every time I try to contact you I get nothing but useless excuses and empty promises. My order was supposed to be delivered to the Greenacres branch, but when I go in-store I’m told the delivery “failed.” Yet no one can tell me why. I’ve escalated this multiple times and still received zero proper feedback. All I ever hear is, “a consultant will call you,” but no one ever does. I’m done being patient. At this point, it honestly feels like my delivery was ******, because there is absolutely no transparency or accountability from your side. Tracking number: PPA53462361451. I made a payment but the order says I still need to pay, the order number is 190526114, payment ref is 250459985. Times like this i realize its never wise to buy from a shop you cant walk into. Worse i was paying the premium subscription, I totally feel ****med.
Worst experience with a consultant named Melandre Erasmus, as I write this my application for the compensation fund is still not completed. I unfortunately today lost the contract due to this poor service and 5 guys have become unemployed. They all have kids to feed and will return to crime in order to feed them. Its a sad reality which we are trying to change but unfortunately companies like RMA and their employees who sit in strategy positions will ensure that we forever live on our knee's. All I requested was a simple registration, I sent through all the documents that were required and RMA through Melandre Erasmus decided that what I deserve is a GIANT middle finger.
Budget insurance keeps reopening the insurance policy which I closed months ago. This has been going on for months now. It's fraud. I've just decided to close my bank account because ***. I'm going to write bad reviews about them every day and tell my truth every chance I get. Policy 819043948
Literally got robbed. Tried to by R800 Electricity its been 2 weeks now, I called no one picked up, I emailed and still no response. Don't ever buy here, this company doesn't have an office, who even owns it? Total SCAM!!!
