Bought a Tablet from them in early September. It died on me 2 weeks after I received it. I had to send it back at my own cost of R3500 (+- $200). It was received by them on 26 September 2024.
They then refunded me for an item which I did not even log for return, and still have in my possession but claim that my tablet I sent back ($1200) has not been received yet.
Despite giving them the name of the person that signed for receiving the tablet at their return center, they keep on sending me generic messages to basically wait longer.
This is absurd and the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. No-one is willing to investigate what is going on or to see if they can assist, they just keep on sending generic bot-like responses.
