Complaint Against Amazon I purchased a juicer through Amazon and initiated a return and refund process in accordance with the platform’s stated procedures. Despite fulfilling all necessary steps, the return was not completed,and the item was not collected. Worse i paid for delivery to said address yet hes now unreachable and doesn't even answer my requests on the platform, Attempts to communicate with the seller have been met with silence, and when I posted publicly about the issue, it was ignored—demonstrating a clear disregard for customer care and responsibility.

Amazon’s platform should ensure sellers remain accountable and responsive. In this instance, both Amazon and the seller have failed to uphold the expected standard of service. As a result, I am left with an unresolved issue and no resolution timeline. Requested Actions Amazon:

Immediate resolution of my return and refund request.

Accountability from the seller or a direct intervention by Amazon.
