I purchased an item online. I contacted them immediately to inform them that I accidently gave the wrong delivery address. Customer support told me that I must tell the hotel to deny the package in order to get a refund. They did so on various occasions. When checking on the status it said signed and delivered. The hotel sent an email stating that they did not sign or receive the package. I've been trying to contact customer service and keep getting an error. Not only is the website not user friendly, the limited customer service was poor and contacting them is nearly impossible. I still haven't received any support. I would not advise using this platform and will definitely not be a returning customer.
