AMAZON BOOKS TOOK MY MONEY

So now if you order a book from Amazon in the USA they very quickly convert your Rand's to Dollars charge a ridiculous fee for transport immediately deduct the total from your bank account. Only to find 2 weeks later that they have NO record of any orders being placed for the entire year. NO trace of my book but the moneys gone. Pathetic business model and a **** nonetheless
