JUST NOT INTERESTED IN SERVICE
Very quick to install a tracker but when the 2nd unit still drains my car battery it is like drawing blood from a stone to get a technician to my house to remove the unit even after several requests. Come on guys you must have someone available to come to my farm as the vehicle is stuck in the bush and I cannot drive it to you. Make a plan

AMAZON BOOKS TOOK MY MONEY
So now if you order a book from Amazon in the USA they very quickly convert your Rand's to Dollars charge a ridiculous fee for transport immediately deduct the total from your bank account. Only to find 2 weeks later that they have NO record of any orders being placed for the entire year. NO trace of my book but the moneys gone. Pathetic business model and a **** nonetheless

NEDBANK MESSING WITH MY DEBIT ORDER DATES
Every year end Nedbank you assign a "Banker" to my account. This means you and this person fiddle around with my account and leave no choice but to complain to the Ombudsman. This banker never answers his phone he is not able to perform the simplest of tasks. I need you to stop changing dates on my debit orders and do as I have asked you to do dozens of times. A Edgars staff member is creating false and *****ulent signatures on my Edgars account and is buying airtime and sim cards for over 3 months now. Getting the accounts hot line to refund, cancel and arrest the ***** is like drawing blood from a stone. Can I please ask that Edgars head office security investigate and return my money

Netflix there are 12 official languages spoken in South Africa - then WHY are you giving us more and more Spanish, Polish, Chinese and Hindi movies to watch. Please get your priorities in place and give us English movies or do we have to go to Amazon

CAR TRACKERS NOT WORKING FOR THE CUSTOMER PAYING THE MONTHLY
Can your system be jammed??? so that my car can be stolen without you knowing? If so what are your plans going forward to help customers thwart criminals. Also if my car is pulled up onto a lowbed truck and driven away you will never know because your system requires my car to be switched on before the tracker is activated

CARTE BLANCHE CAR TRACKER INSERT CAUSES HYSTERIA IN INSURANCE COMPANIES
Carte Blanche has created a hornets nest amongst the car track industry. According to the insurance companies all high value cars must now have 2 trackers fitted. Two points here: 1 If the first tracker is that easily switched off to steal a car. 2 Then what affect will the second device have? I would like Derrick Watts to come back to me to discuss a follow up programme telling us the insurance payers when this will end or how can we sue the car track companies for installing ineffective equipment

Lack of staff
My observations indicate clearly that Capitec are not covering the employment equity fairly. Their branches unfortunately reflect a lack of white staff. Judging from the negative reviews on this site regarding incompetence and lack of service clearly indicates that there needs to be an equal distribution of staff demographics. This is a public service business and I believe should reflect that to cover fairly this Rainbow Nation of ours and to put a holt on BBEEE unfairness

NO SASSA OLD PEOPLES GRANT
Apply on line they say. Wait a month they say. I have checked and my application for old peoples grant has not even been logged in. No progress not even a received date on the system. How are OLD people supposed to us the online facility if there is no one that manages it. SASSA please advise

Official office web page not working with its public
Trying to get the online registration done is WORSE than watching paint dry. Absolutely useless. The system keeps timing itself out. Come on you are supposed to be running the country and its affairs, at this rate we will all be off the voters roll by the time the system recognizes who its citizens are
