One of my fleet vehicles tracker has been "dead" 100% not working for 120 days. three appointment where made for them to fix that non technician even rocks up. one has to call them and ask what's happening only to hear that the cannot track the technician. LOL but you promise to find my vehicle if it is ******. Royhan Jacobs Fleet services Junior Account Manager is beyond useless. He never responds to mails, but keep on sending me a health report weekly just to remind me that the car is indeed dead. But to keep *****ing your money I will n to reach out to you to have this sorted.

Hello Peter. Please assist with this matter. I've been with car track for a year now and so far I'm only facing bad customer care/service to a point of regretting ever signing up with them. After the first three months of signing up with them and installing their tracking device, I experienced battery failure. Initially I thought my battery was old and just needed a battery change, so I bought a new battery. Three months later that new battery also died, I then thought there could be fault with my alternator, so again I bought another battery and got my alternator replaced. Three months later I again experienced battery failure, at this point I was starting to realize that the only thing that was foreign installation I've had done to my car was the car track device (I have no installations of any foreign devices that could lead to battery failures except for the car track device: ie, sound systems etc) and I only started experiencing battery failures shortly after installing the car track device. I got an electrician to look at or for any possible short circuits in my car, and he confirmed that there could be a device that is coursing battery drainage as he could not see or find any short circuits in my system. I recently bought a new battery (about 2 months ago, first week of March 2025) and it is dead now (first week of may 2025) it actually started dying about two weeks ago, every night since then I have to take the terminals off the battery every time I park otherwise the car won't start in the morning. In the past year that I've been with car track I've bought a total of 4 new batteries costing just about R8000. I have alerted car track several times of this matter and asked them to come service the device, but I every time I call them I get promises that are yet to be met. The last time I called them (Saturday 3rd of may) I was furious and had enough of their bad service, so 8 called in to cancel my services with them and have them come remove the dice from my car. I was told there was a R2650 cancellation fee and a 21 day waiting period, now based on how much I've spent on batteries during the past year, I was ok with paying their cancellation fee (knowing it would be the R2000 I spend) and I told the operator and explained my frustrations to her. She listened and eventually talked me out of cancelling my subscription and promised she would get a technician to come sort out my device (again, empty promises) because it's been a week later and I'm yet to receive a call from anyone from their side.

Hi car trak admin are very *********** i was a client for 7 year and my prfile/account was on a month to month contract ( the original contract had expired but they did not ask me if I would like to sign a new contract so automatically your profile becomes a month to month contract) the month to month contract was much more than a contract so i called them to make changes on my profile because i had four vehicles on the profile two were commercial vehicles and two were cars so i requested to up grade the two commercial vehicles and install dash cams and to down grade the other two cars i was instructed to cancel the old contract first(Month to Month) than only can they make changes so i did as they asked me to do. They sent me an email with the forms to fill out and email it back to car trak which I did instead of them canceling the old contract they cancel the new contract and charge R2650 they stole my money

I cancelled my contract on the 25 of November and I was informed id have to pay my contract on the 27th of December, I’ve been struggling to dispute this because I don’t understand how do I pay for a contract that I’ve cancelled with no Arreas. I’ve been getting different information from every client services agent I get in contact with, I then received a call from the client service TEAM LEADER after writing on hello Peter a week ago and she told me my contract is pre paid, I won’t be liable to pay in December because I cancelled it with all arreas paid. Car track has been trying to debit my account since the 13th of December (my debit date is the 27th). When I ask what this is about they telling me I’m liable to pay December installment for January Cover. I’ve been asking for the recording where I spoke to the team leader and they refusing to provide me with the recording. Can I also have my policy documents. I want to escalate this to the OMBUDSMAN

They keep on harrasing me ,when I called to notify them about the car being a write off that I would be cancelling their service and giving them notice they refused to take it and they keep on bothering me and wanting money from me. Car tracker it’s not a credit agreement and service level agreement where one can give a notice for 21 days to cancel if no longer needing their service .they should stop guilt tripping us with their stupid calls and refusing to cancel .

On the 16th of August i received a call from Carrack from *****bo Makhanya trying to sell me a product. I then listen to the benefit and started asking her questions about the product. . I then requested her to send me the benefits so can see I can go through them, Firstly she send me wrong staff while I was on the call with her( Protection Script ) at 11:48 she then send me the second email at 11:51phone got cut off and had to attend a meeting., Today 22.08.2024 at 12:04 *****bo called me and advise me that I took the policy and I said yes. I disagreed with her and she advised that she will send me the recordings of me and her for that day. I feel like she is desperate to make a sale and throwing her weight around. I would love management to listen to both recordings and see how the staff is treating customers.
