Our line is still down, almost 10 days later now. I put up a review last week and we were promised that a technician will come out on Saturday the 22nd of Feb, but no one came. The whatsapp line just closes the chat wen we try to follow up. This is by far the worst company I have dealt with! I will not stop rating it bad until we get the service we rightfully deserve!!!!
Network down and issue not attended for over 7 days. The whatsapp help line keeps giving a new reference and they just say that they are attending to it. But what does attending to it mean when no one is coming out to see what the issue is for over 7 days???!!! Needless to say that we pay for the service in advance but we clearly paying for nothing because there is nothing delivered! This is my 2nd review withing 3 months because every second month we get this issue. This also affects our house only while our neighbors are fine, shouldn't this be dealt with as an urgent issue because it is clearly not a cable break???? I am so over this poor service!
We have not had wifi for 5 days now, have followed up constantly but no one has come out to see what the problem is. We are not even given a turnaround time because there is apparently a huge backlog....very disappointing because you pay for a service in advance, but you end up not getting it.
I am so tired of getting charged for box office rentals which I never rented. It is happening every other month and multichoice says they can't block the damn thing!
I took out a contract with Onair Tv in June23, I have paid all my monthly payments but they have listed my account to credit bureau as unpaid for all the months. I have phoned them to query this and all I get is that I must send a query to their billing department. My credit score has dropped since i took out this contract, i regret ever doing business with them. I have now decided to just settle this account and cut all ties with this business because I am frustrated!! STAY AWAY FROM ONAIR TV IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!!
