One of my fleet vehicles tracker has been "dead" 100% not working for 120 days. three appointment where made for them to fix that non technician even rocks up. one has to call them and ask what's happening only to hear that the cannot track the technician. LOL but you promise to find my vehicle if it is ******. Royhan Jacobs Fleet services Junior Account Manager is beyond useless. He never responds to mails, but keep on sending me a health report weekly just to remind me that the car is indeed dead. But to keep *****ing your money I will n to reach out to you to have this sorted.
<p>Hi had a subscription for R30 on my cell nr and cancelled it to upgrade to the R59 subscription. But still they deduct R30 off my acc for the cancelled subscription, this has been happening since March 2016. I call the call centre they see that i do not have the R30 subscription they see that it has been cancelled but cannot explain why R30 is still beinh deducted. A call gets logged to the backoffice a response within 72 working hours is promised but nothing happens, other then they are stealing another R30 the following month. Please can someone from telkom contact me to reslove this issue as your call centre is absolutely no joy to work with as they cannot resolve the issue or suggest recourse othe than "log a call" </p>
