I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by Amazon’s resellers, Specifically Siphes Beauty Botique. I ordered a Tablet on the 28th of December 2025, i paid R1900 for it. The reseller sent a wrong Sized Tablet. After numerous tries to return the Tablet, and after opening a claim on Amazon, they sent courier guy to come and collect the Tablet, courier guy did not even share a tracking number. Today i after trying to reach out to Amazon, the reseller then tells me they will not refund me as i returned a damaged tablet without buttons??? Make this make sense Amazon
