I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed by Amazon’s resellers, Specifically Siphes Beauty Botique. I ordered a Tablet on the 28th of December 2025, i paid R1900 for it. The reseller sent a wrong Sized Tablet. After numerous tries to return the Tablet, and after opening a claim on Amazon, they sent courier guy to come and collect the Tablet, courier guy did not even share a tracking number. Today i after trying to reach out to Amazon, the reseller then tells me they will not refund me as i returned a damaged tablet without buttons??? Make this make sense Amazon

My parcel was sent on the 6th of March, and 2 months later i still havent recieved it, it says it has been with the courier for the last 2 months
Disappointed with the service provided by discovery LA Health, my first time doing a claim and they only paid for 1 claim. I have been booked for a surgery and there is a co payment that my medical aid is refusing to pay. I’m very frustrated at this moment
