Poor customer service

My son bought five pot knobs at the stall in Cresta Shopping Centre on Friday, March 28, 2025. Lulu, at the stall in Clearwater Mall, once told me that if you return the old knobs, the new ones have a 50% discount. My son was unaware of this. Cresta, when I walked pass them by chance, suggested I talk to Jenny Potgieter who referred me to Edith Dioka. Everyone just say nothing can be done.

In my opinion the people who sold the knobs to my son should have told him about the discount. This is poor customer service.
