I went to the American Swiss store at the Mall Of The South to enquire about a new strap for my watch. My wife asked the sales person if they could order her a strap from Diesel for the watch, as they were stockists of Diesel watches. First of all it looked like my wife woke up the man to assist with her query, second of all he said that they can not help an we must go back to where the watch was baught originally. I explained to the rocket sceintist that i am not claiming for a warranty claim, i would like to order a new strap from Diesel through them and pay for it. He said "eish its company rules" we can't help you. What I would like to know from American Swiss is where has the good sales attitude gone? My wife and I have been loyal supporters to American Swiss since 2005 and have a platinum card with American Swiss, but with the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism we received today, we will be closing our account with you.
