This was the best on line purchase I have made. The service was exceptional, outstanding feedback from Irshaad, and phenominal quality of my products that I purchased. Irshaad, thank you for your level of professionalism with my purchase, I received my parcel this morning, not even close to the 24hour mark since I made payment. Keep it up my good Sir, you dont get this level of service and quality anymore! I will be promoting your establishment all the way!!!
I am appalled at the service from this Sasol garage in Walkerville. Firstly i drove past an Astron garage and a Engen garage to support this Sasol garage in Walkerville. Its a 12.6km drive to this Sasol garage, one way. Upon arrival I asked for a full tank of diesel when the attendant asked will I be paying by card or cash. I told him that it was a bussiness petrol card, the attendant the asked to check if the card will work on their card machines. After running in their convenience shop to 'check' if the card was working, he was instructed to ask me how much does a tank of diesel cost as he needs to swipe the ammount first. I replied to him that usually is around R1700 but that it would be impossible to estimate as the vehicle is not entirely empty. I then told him to fill up the vehicle, should a problem with the card arise, I will swipe my debit/credit card. After filling up the vehicle, it came to R1561 for the diesel. I then gave him my Sasol rewards card to swipe for the purchase, then the attendant replied that they dont accept the rewards card any more. When asked why, his reply was that its new owners. I can assure you today was the last day to support this Sasol garage. I will save myself the hastle of driving further and getting unacceptable service. Give this owner a clown suit to run this Sasol garage as its the same as a circus. I am a loyal Sasol supporter but I can promise this garage will never see me again.
Friday 4th December 2020 we ordered our supper from Pizza Perfect Glenvista. The order of 3 x pizza's, 2 x steak roll combo's and a Chicken Salad was delivered in three deliveries, first the pizza's came, but no steak roll combo's & no Chicken Salad. The delivery driver returned for a second time with the Steak Roll Combo's (cold by this time) and still no Chicken Salad. After returning for the third time with the Chicken Salad, everyone had finished their meal so my mother in law had to finish her meal on her own. Today the 9th of December, we had the same experience all over again, same routine, 3 deliveries later. Only difference is there was one Pizza ordered less than the previous delivery, and the cherry on top of this **** experience is my wife told them about the previous delivery that came in three deliveries. **** customer service!
After having a poor sales experience at American Swiss Mall of The South on Monday 02/05/16 and leaving a hello peter review, I have received assistance from Shirley Makola (Manager ASJ Mall of The South) where she has apologized for the poor lack of service. Shirley has offered to order the strap from Diesel for me at no charge and has offered to make this a priority case. Shirley, I would like to thank you for your professionalism and tactful manner in which you assisted me, you have definitely changed my mind by closing my account!
I went to American Swiss at The Mall Of The South to get a new strap for my watch. Point number 1 this salesman stood there without offering to help us, my wife had to ask the salesman if he could please order her a strap for a Diesel watch, from Diesel as they are stockists of these watches. The guy that looked like he was woken up by my wife told no he can't and that we should go back to where we bought the watch. I explained to the ever so help full salesman that its not a warranty claim, we want to buy it and pay for it. He then told me ''eish its company rules'', we must go back to the store where we purchased the watch. With this superior sales service provided by this sleepwalking salesman, I would like to inform American Swiss that we will be closing our Platinum Account with them that we have since 2002.
I went to the American Swiss store at the Mall Of The South to enquire about a new strap for my watch. My wife asked the sales person if they could order her a strap from Diesel for the watch, as they were stockists of Diesel watches. First of all it looked like my wife woke up the man to assist with her query, second of all he said that they can not help an we must go back to where the watch was baught originally. I explained to the rocket sceintist that i am not claiming for a warranty claim, i would like to order a new strap from Diesel through them and pay for it. He said "eish its company rules" we can't help you. What I would like to know from American Swiss is where has the good sales attitude gone? My wife and I have been loyal supporters to American Swiss since 2005 and have a platinum card with American Swiss, but with the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism we received today, we will be closing our account with you.
