Definitley not the Company they used to be!!!

When I chose them for the initial installation they delivered on every level. I recently got them back to service the shutters and the experience was so bad that I wanted to mention they are definitley not the same co anymore. Not sure if there are new owners or what has happened. The stars are for the guys who came out and did the actual servicing, they were amazing, they get 5 stars. Dealing with the admin at the Co gets zero.
