Great Customer Service and Amazing Food

It was a Friday night, I was starving. My boyfriend and I decided to try something new and Googled pizzerias in Bryanston. After finding Amici's amazing menu, we decided to give it a try. The pizza would be delivered in 30 min according to the lady on the phone. 35 min later I called her and asked where the pizza was, she assured me the gent was on his way and would let me know where he is. She called me back 10min later and said the gent was in my road. About 10 min after that (now furious and starving) I called them back and told them to keep the order as I have now waited long enough. I mailed the store and Dianne was kind enough to respond to me and apologized, the gent had gone to the wrong area, with the same street name. She assured me that I could call any time and they would make it up to me. 2 weeks had passed and I had not ordered. After confirming with Dianne that I still would like the pizza, she assured me that Erik would be ready when I call. Erik was on top of his game, calling me first to take my order and called me after our pizza was delivered (at no cost to us) Impeccable service, immaculate food! THANK YOU!!
