Another warning about Sharaaz Amod
This person advertises under different company names, including Homeimprovements4u. I had a bad experience, and I think I have been ****med. After receiving a quote and paying a deposit for roof repair, Sharaaz kept on postponing the start date due to the heavy rain, which I thought was reasonable, but then he did not pitch for two days in a row when there was sunny, ideal weather for the work. He had had multiple excuses, offered in a cheerful way, and I asked him to return my deposit of R20 000,00. He tried to convince me to let him do the work, but I am not taking any further risks and I am still waiting for him to pay back the deposit. There were others involved, including Sheldon who had car trouble etc etc. Until proven otherwise, I believe that this is a group of individuals using the same modus operandi to swindle people out of their money.

Sharaaz Amod or Amod's Electrical/ A to Z Electrical / Destiny Electrical - Stay away!
I have involved this contractor in a renovation and my experience has been identical to others on this platform : Poor workmanship, unreliable and empty promises. I even have concerns that he has misrepresented his qualifications. The remedial work related to this contractor is running into the tens of thousands. I am not attempting to contact the many others similarly affected to take action against him. I would not recommend every dealing with him or his companies.

Sharaaz Amod - electrician, plumber supposed builder.
This man has not delivered anything satisfactory. He asked for more and more money and didnt deliver what was promised.. Sharaaz Amod. He took money, didn't complete contracted work, didn't deliver materials, stopped responding to all calls and messages. The little he did was substandard work, and he did not organise any of the building inspections he promised. Legal action is being taken.

Poor after sales service
Sharaaz's job was very good but my 1st question, before giving him the job, was for a certificate. He was positive he can supply. We are begging him for more than a month now for the certificate. He promises it every time but still nothing. The last few daays he does not answer his phone anymore. I cannot complain about the job itself.
