Please beware of this person who is not trustworthy
Please beware of this business run by Sharaaz, who also advertises under multiple other business names. He took my deposit for roof repairs and had a good excuse not to start the work in the heavy rain but then did not pitch up when the rain stopped, with lies, promises to pay back my deposit but then threatening to open a case against me due to a bad review I left. This person is an experienced ********, please look him up on other platforms. Do not pay over any money to him.

Another warning about Sharaaz Amod
This person advertises under different company names, including Homeimprovements4u. I had a bad experience, and I think I have been ****med. After receiving a quote and paying a deposit for roof repair, Sharaaz kept on postponing the start date due to the heavy rain, which I thought was reasonable, but then he did not pitch for two days in a row when there was sunny, ideal weather for the work. He had had multiple excuses, offered in a cheerful way, and I asked him to return my deposit of R20 000,00. He tried to convince me to let him do the work, but I am not taking any further risks and I am still waiting for him to pay back the deposit. There were others involved, including Sheldon who had car trouble etc etc. Until proven otherwise, I believe that this is a group of individuals using the same modus operandi to swindle people out of their money.

Beware of Homeimprovements4u and Sharaaz
This is a warning about Sharaaz who has more than one business name. The above name I found on Bark but I see he is also advertised under other businesses/ company names that has been reviewed on hello peter. He provided a quote for roof repair and gave what seemed to be good advice. He kept on postponing the start date due to the heavy rain, which sounded like a good reason. However, when he was supposed to start work on a sunny Monday, the excuses just became more and more and he did not arrive for two days, at which point I demanded my deposit back. He asked me to give him a chance, but I am not interested anymore and am still waiting to receive my deposit back. I have paid R 20 000,00, with no work done. This is a well-orchestrated modus operandi, involving more than one person, to swindle people out of their money.

So thankful for your efficient help.
I can’t say how thankful I am for the assistance of Loadalot in moving my aunt’s furniture from Joburg to Cape Town. I contacted them on Wednesday evening and by Thursday the move was organised for that same Friday. They were on time, professional and careful to wrap all items and kept a meticulous inventory. I was kept in the loop all the time and received everything intact. The driver and staff were approachable and responsible. Thank you to Belinda for going the extra mile!
