Stayed in the guest house for 19 months close to 2years literally with no issues with the in house stuff they are like family , the problem for me it’s the management which is not willing to give their details for escalation , apparently they sold the room that I’m staying in and did not check out ,had no problems with paying it for over a year ! Apparently they sold it two days and want me to leave for two days and pack my things for a room I’ve been in for so long and paid it well I’m asking what is the process of selling the room how does a room get to be sold Bt it’s always been occupied!
And it’s not the 1st time they are doing this they call it a mistake and I have to understand and leave for two days pack my 4 suitcases and come back Sunday! Have never been so confused, so told them I’m Paying for the room so I’m not leaving they say I have to look for a place for the 2 days or they have to evict me😳 person who payed for close to 2 years without issues !. They are not willing to admit and figured out the problem without involving me ! They talking me they do mistakes too that’s it ? They are willing to lose a long time customer for people who paid for the room yesterday and did a double booking How did this become my fault everytime they dnt learn from the mistakes
I would like to know what is the process Cause had plans for weekend and I’m definitely not leaving and they say they’ll have to evict me and they dnt even know the process of that This person even says the business with work without my money I must not think I The only customer they dnt need me
