Good day i made a booking with booking.com on the 8th of February to amoris guesthouse for the 21st when i arrived at the guesthouse i was told that they are fully booked and they cant accommodate me imagine i booked 2 weeks ago. when i call head office they hanged up the phone on me now i have to look for other place. My wife make a booking 5 days ago for today Sunday 16 November 2025 and 17 November 2025 at Amoris Guesthouse - Seapoint. She arrived there today after 500 km drive just to here they are fully booked and gave her a little room, with a small fridge that is not even working. No Aircon, no DSTV all things that they advertised and what she was asking for. They do not even their phone. That is pathetic. No rating. It is a disgrace.

My wife make a booking 5 days ago for today Sunday 16 November 2025 and 17 November 2025 at Amoris Guesthouse - Seapoint. She arrived there today after 500 km drive just to here they are fully booked and gave her a little room, with a small fridge that is not even working. No Aircon, no DSTV all things that they advertised and what she was asking for. They do not even their phone. That is pathetic. No rating. It is a disgrace.

This is my worst experience at a guest house. There is heavy rain and the gutter pipe is dripping onto a bin right outside my window. I tried calling reception several times to remove the bin to decrease the noise levels. My husband tried to go outside to remove it himself but there is another gate leading to where the bins are. This is super annoying!! Bad experience really! We came here for some peace and quiet now we have to sit with this loud noise with nobody to assist.

Amoris guesthouse Ferndale is terrible. I do not understand why they accept bookings from bookings.com if they will cater to walk-ins strictly . On three occcasions now I received bookings confirmation but had to pay for higher priced rooms. It is just pathetic service

if i could rate this place a zero i would...Amoris guesthouse sandton is so terrible 1. Our bedding was dirty and it was concealed they thought we wouldn't see it, 2.poor ventilation in our room because oursliding door was broken and it wasnt fixed, i mean why rent out a room with a sliding door that doesnt work, 3. The bed was so uncomfortable, 4. The hand soap and bathsoap are the same thing also the containers used for the bathsoaps are so questionable, 5. no aircon, no fridges...would not reccoment

We arrived here on our booking date but the receptionist told us there’s no rooms available , yet a booking was already made , the guy said there’s no manager because the manager is in Pretoria , worst service , worst staff , *** place to overall

Stayed in the guest house for 19 months close to 2years literally with no issues with the in house stuff they are like family , the problem for me it’s the management which is not willing to give their details for escalation , apparently they sold the room that I’m staying in and did not check out ,had no problems with paying it for over a year ! Apparently they sold it two days and want me to leave for two days and pack my things for a room I’ve been in for so long and paid it well I’m asking what is the process of selling the room how does a room get to be sold Bt it’s always been occupied! And it’s not the 1st time they are doing this they call it a mistake and I have to understand and leave for two days pack my 4 suitcases and come back Sunday! Have never been so confused, so told them I’m Paying for the room so I’m not leaving they say I have to look for a place for the 2 days or they have to evict me😳 person who payed for close to 2 years without issues !. They are not willing to admit and figured out the problem without involving me ! They talking me they do mistakes too that’s it ? They are willing to lose a long time customer for people who paid for the room yesterday and did a double booking How did this become my fault everytime they dnt learn from the mistakes I would like to know what is the process Cause had plans for weekend and I’m definitely not leaving and they say they’ll have to evict me and they dnt even know the process of that This person even says the business with work without my money I must not think I The only customer they dnt need me
