I asked for a loan last week Thursday. Agreement was reached before their cut off time for payments. Debicheck mandate was sent to my bank which I approved. Then I was told they have made the payment but til today 48 hours later nothing has been received and they now have access to my bank account. No one answers their calls at call center. Only been in touch with one person Msizi Moyo. Which makes it more odd. Clearly a **** Sizwe Mkhize
I am really losing my patience with your bank. My bank card got ****** few months ago even though Bidvest identified unauthorised transactions and investigated you refused to reimburse me because card was set on tapping Function. Okay blame the customer. Then there are occasions where you suspend the card because you feel like there is *****ulent activity even if that's not the case. I travelled over the weekend to Bloemfontein and looks like my card was skimmed as I received a notification this morning of a payment of R89.99 yet Bidvest doesn't feel this could be *****ulent. I switched off tapping Function and changed my pin so I don't want any help from Bidvest. Your service in general is a joke though
I called last week Wednesday to cancel my membership. Lady I spoke to said membership had been cancelled. To my suprise Friday morning that their debit order went off my account. I am not sure what type of organisation doesn't follow clients instruction. Once again I am saying cancel my ****** membership immediately
I am not really sure what the hell is wrong with Legalwise. I asked for my membership to be cancelled in May. Since then they have attempted for June July and now August to take my money. I called them last week and was told it is cancelled so why are they still trying to take my money. This is annoying now

So my wallet was ****** on April 7 2025. Before I stopped the card 8 unauthorized transactions went off. Accumulating to R1900. Bidvest made me wait 12 days with their investigation only to tell me they won't be held liable as whoever used my card was tapping at pay points. Biggest load of nonsense I have ever heard. Useless bank . Don't bother responding here with nonsense

I have submitted affidavit and documentation to Bidvest but this investigation is taking ridiculously long now. This is not Soo much a review but more a question. My wallet was ****** on April 7 this year. Before I stopped my card 8 unauthorized transactions went off. I submitted affidavit to Bidvest with *****ulent forms. How long does the investigation take as as I am looking to get 2k that was ****** back. So this should not take that long surely
Amoris guesthouse Ferndale is terrible. I do not understand why they accept bookings from bookings.com if they will cater to walk-ins strictly . On three occcasions now I received bookings confirmation but had to pay for higher priced rooms. It is just pathetic service
