Refund us APMWC

I booked 2 return tickets for APMWC bus. They sent a Message after an hour late saying they apologise the bus will be late. We Tried to call but their Number is not reachable and we emailed at info@apmbus.com for a refund the Message could not be delivered to them after 2days since I sent it.

Same thing on the date we booked for a return they sent an sms saying there's another bus coming to pick us up. We had to book another bus.
