I booked 2 return tickets for APMWC bus. They sent a Message after an hour late saying they apologise the bus will be late. We Tried to call but their Number is not reachable and we emailed at info@apmbus.com for a refund the Message could not be delivered to them after 2days since I sent it. Same thing on the date we booked for a return they sent an sms saying there's another bus coming to pick us up. We had to book another bus.
Vodacom shame is not on, they didn't attend our case when we complained of paying for a second contract that we never took the one that they kept deducting money we called almost 5Times and they say we will escalate the matter and call after 2days but they never call, the second simcard contract was never activated and after Months we found out they gave us a new one in a pretext of renewing the older one. We reversed the Payment last month they kept calling us using a Robot🤦🏽♀️ no consultant whatsoever. And I think now they switched off the Network it's not working iSimcard while other prepaid vodacom networks are working. In just one month they act fast and deactivate the sim. But they were not concerned of the payments they kept receiving all these years and yet the simcard is not used at all.
