So a bunch of us are stuck here at the 1 old marine drive bus station CT due to the terrible service of the APMWC BUS DEPARTMENT ugh having the worst luck with bus departments 1st it's Ilula 3 weeks ago 17/11/2024; now today 12/12/2024 it's apmwc not only did they over book the bus and leave us stranded they are so , so , rude departure was at 19h00 we still here at 21h11.. we got told we will get a bus at 1pm tomorrow 13/12/2024

We waited from 17:30 in Cape Town station until 22:00 for the bus. When it finally arrived, we were told that we'd be transferred to another bus by Prince Albert Junction on N1. We stayed there for more than an hour trying to sort out people's belongings. This was the worst time of my life. I wish actions would be taken against these bases because as it stands they don't respect their customers.

WORST COMPANY EVER!! NEVER EVER USE THIS BUS SERVICE THEE WORST !!! How the hell do you cancel a bus the same day you suppose to leave and fail to take the necessary steps to make sure that everyone is informed of the decision to tell passengers that their bus is cancelled via TEXT no follow up call to make sure that no one is gonna waste their time in this cold weather and go to the station only to be told your bus has been cancelled. Not to mention the ride guy that worked at the APM help desk in Cape town who could not be bothered by the fact that we wanted answers and was busy with his phone whilst people were in front of him trying to get an explanation why we were not informed WORST COMPANY EVER! People have been complaining about this company yet no improvement has been done DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY 😡

I booked 2 return tickets for APMWC bus. They sent a Message after an hour late saying they apologise the bus will be late. We Tried to call but their Number is not reachable and we emailed at info@apmbus.com for a refund the Message could not be delivered to them after 2days since I sent it. Same thing on the date we booked for a return they sent an sms saying there's another bus coming to pick us up. We had to book another bus.

On the 28th of March 2024 i booked a bus from Pretoria to Tsolo on bushub online,just after i have paid i get an sms that says i must go to Joburg outside parkstation,they will refund me R60 of a taxi fare,when i get there asking about the refund to the guys wearing apm tshirts they said they dont know where am i going to get the refund and the place where we are waiting is not safe its just outside,the bus was suppose to depart at 18:30 only for us to go at 20:00 and it was overload.When we get to Kokstad the bus was stuck because the taxi drivers said the bus is not allowed that route,i had to hike to Tsolo with my own money.

This bus service company does do value its customers.the direspect of their representatives is out of this world.no communication at all to their customer when the bus is late or even worse not coming at all. I don't know why they are still alowed to operate.

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS BUS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! THE WORST EVER EVER EVER ON EVERY LEVEL NO ONE IN THIER RIGHT MIND CAN RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS, IT'S CRAZY AND INSANE OWNERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ALIKE.. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED BY THE WAY YOU RUN THE BUSINESS
