Can we have a zero star please. We sent the documents on the 28th of April to Easy pay claims and they have been asking for stupid documents that they havent mentioned on the first email. For example, they asked for a proof of relationship and I immediately called to ask the kind of document they're expecting. They brushed it off saying an affidavit is sufficient. All of a sudden now they need a letter from the Headman confirming my mother's customary marriage. Then again we let that slide. We provided them with my mother's standard bank statement and they sent a message to her saying a pending Easy pay bank statement is required. What stupidity is this. How can you dictate where a client wants their money paid to. This insurance preys on old people because I ask my self if I wasn't helping my mother. How was she going to get to this stage.
We waited from 17:30 in Cape Town station until 22:00 for the bus. When it finally arrived, we were told that we'd be transferred to another bus by Prince Albert Junction on N1. We stayed there for more than an hour trying to sort out people's belongings. This was the worst time of my life. I wish actions would be taken against these bases because as it stands they don't respect their customers.
