I would like to write a review about Lucinder
I would like to write a review about Lucinder. When I called her I was unhappy with the increase in my policy premiums. She took the time to go thru the policy line by line. She was patient and understanding. I am keeping my policy with Amsure because of her help. She is an asset to Amsure . I give her 10 out of 10 for customer service and help.

Lerato was exceptionally good
Lerato was exceptionally good. She was professional, friendly and explained everything so well and she addressed my queries. She was patient with good listening skills. I enjoyed being assisted by her.

Incorrect collection date
Amsure continue making a deduction on the 24th because funds usually are available on this date regularly. You are infringing and going against our agreement and this causes a bad credit score on my account with returns on my account. Please refine collecting on the 24th of each month. Because you did not keep your side of the bargain every month. You will take full responsibility of covering my car for each month you make this continuous deduction a day eariler than agreed. Amsure - most pathetic customer service you'll ever get!!!!!
Amsure has the most pathetic service ever!! I've been requesting a quotation for an update on my policy for 2weeks now as my adres will change soon and they just refuse to do any effort to help me!!!! Also submitted complaints to their complaints department but they just don't care to help at all!!!!!

Amsure has the most pathetic service ever!! I've been requesting a quotation for an update on my policy for 2weeks now as my adres will change soon and they just refuse to do any effort to help me!!!! Also submitted complaints to their complaints department but they just don't care to help at all!!!!!
