I changed to Momentum Insure in 2021 as they offer more benefits and I saved 50% of the premium I paid from my previous insurer. I want to thank Malcolm Poole and Tapiwa Mhlanga for their fast and efficient service in changing my address details and reviewing my policy for decrease in value. I highly recommend Momentum Insure for excellent service and affordable premiums.
Dis-Chem Jean Crossing doesn't care to help customers and steal their money. Their online store doesn't work properly. Their promotions on the online stores shows incorrectly so you are forced to buy more products and supposed to get 1 free but when you collect your order you only receive the products you've ordered and no free products. They claim that the promotion is wrong on the online store but they don't refund you and they don't give you the extra free product either due to their system being incorrect, they don't even try to sort the problem out or help the customer. Their prices on the online store is also not correct and the stock levels as well. They don't contact you to tell you the product you've order is out of stock, they just replace it with something else like they want to and then the price is also less than the product you've ordered but they don't refund you either for this. This store's customer service is definitely unacceptable and extremely poor!
Amsure has the most pathetic service ever!! I've been requesting a quotation for an update on my policy for 2weeks now as my adres will change soon and they just refuse to do any effort to help me!!!! Also submitted complaints to their complaints department but they just don't care to help at all!!!!!
I was admitted in hospital and had to go for scans. Dr Burger Radiologists office phoned my husband to request authorization for a scan that had to be done as they couldn't reach me at the time as I was still lying in hospital. My husband first asked what the amount of co-payment will be and they informed him it will only be R500.00 so he confirmed that they can do the test. The first time when I received my bill I've noticed that they charged me R2150 for the co-payment of this scan. Long story short, they deny that they have given the amount of R500 over the phone as co-payment, they also sent hospital documents through that states that they contacted me and I gave authorization to proceed with the scan which is also false as they contacted my husband and he gave permission. At the time my husband were also unemployed and I've made an arrangement with the accounts department to make installments as soon as my husband has employment again and they agreed upon it. +-1 month later I suddenly received an email from their internal department stating that my account has been handed over and when I mentioned that an arrangement has been made with the account department for downpayment the internal collection department informed me that the account department doesn't have the authority to make payment arrangements. in between i borrowed money to make small payments if it was possible and I suddenly didn't receive statements any more . Long story short my account has been handed over for collection and I then requested if I make full payment on outstanding account that my name will be cleared and the account department cofirmed that they will remove my name from ITC as soon as they have received my payment. I made full payment and just like previous times didn't receive any feedback from the doctors and I requested for the proof that my name has been removed from ITC as they mentioned they will do and also my statement showing my account has been paid in full. Then suddenly they only send statements every 3 months so I must request a statement after 3 months according to them. eventualy after requesting the statement and proof from ITC immediately the account department send me the updated statement but stated that from their records my name isn't on ITC and I must follow up myself. In short Dr Burger Radiologists have provided me with false information a few times, they don't give feedback in appropriate time frames when requests were send but they easily send documents out to hand you over immediately no matter what!
I will not recommend for anyone to make use of Amsure/Auto & General insurance as there service is pathetic!! They just remove items from your policy as they want to without your permission and they just increase your access like they want to for the new year. After complaining regarding this matter they offered me the same premium I paid for in 2017 but there excuse for my items being removed from the policy is that they didn't receive all the info. So for a year long I paid insurance on something that they didn't receive all the info off but the info shows on my policy and these info has also been given over the phone and now when the new year comes they decide that they just remove these items from my policy and they even increase my access and my premium without any permission!! When it came to the debit order date they still didn't deduct the lower amount they provided me with or send me any new documents that shows what I will be paying for, they just deducted a ridiculous amount without any notice!!!! They are just stealing your money!!!!
<p>I ordered food from the "New" Mr D food from Barcelos Wierda Park for delivery to take place at our Office in Centurion. After I placed the order online I made payment with my card and about 5min later got the following message:</p> <p>"We're very sorry, Barcelos Wierda Park Centurion did not respond to your order.</p> <p>This may be because:</p> <p>They’re at peak capacity<br />Their tech is broken<br />They closed early and didn’t tell us<br />In the mean time, please place another order with a different restaurant, while we follow up with Barcelos Wierda Park Centurion</p> <p>You’ve been fully refunded.</p> <p>What happens now?<br /> Both your initial payment and the refund will be processed by your bank at the same time. This may happen later tonight or tomorrow morning, when your bank processes their payments.</p> <p>Don’t stress if you don’t see the refund immediately. While in most cases the refund should reflect within 24 hours, it may take up to 5 working days, in accordance with SA banking procedures. "</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have to wait up to 5 working days before the refund will show in my account (which I do understand because of the bank that takes so long to clear the funds) and they want me to place another order at a different restaurant and pay again!</p> <p> </p> <p>How can they expect their clients to make payment for an order and then afterwards the order won't be delivered and a refund will be processed!!! And then they have the curtesy to ask you to a place another order at a different restaurant and what happens if this order also fails? YOU JUST GET ANOTHER REFUND BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE FUNDS TO SHOW IN YOUR ACCOUNT.</p> <p> </p> <p>They must first make sure that the order WILL BE DELIVERED BEFORE THEY ASK FOR PAYMENT.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE MAKE USE OF MR D FOOD EVER AGAIN!!!!</p>
