Terrible Experience – Do Not Book!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at ANEW Hotel Zinkwazi Beach. The place is completely understaffed – one poor receptionist was juggling seven guests at once (though she still managed to smile, which was the only positive).

There is no network connectivity, making it very frustrating to stay connected. The stairs from the rooms to the dining area are long, steep, and dangerously slippery, making it feel unsafe and as though you’re “begging” for food just to get to the restaurant.

To make matters worse, there were no keys provided for the room, which left me feeling very insecure. The air-conditioning did not work, and the TV that was supposed to be in the bedroom wasn’t there.

This hotel does not live up to expectations at all. It’s unsafe, poorly managed, and lacking in basic services. Don’t waste your money booking here – I am truly disappointed.
