Not up to standard

I have been to over 14 spa's and I'm afraid it was the worst.. I didn't feel ike I was being touched by a trained professional unfortunately. I ordered hot stone treatment where they literitly rubes the stones on me for 5 minutes.. I know we had a special but don't call it a special rather call it a cheap option of a message.
