Faulty Monitors

We got two C127 monitors for our twins in Jul/Aug 2022. We used the monitors for the first time in the beginning of December but to our absolute disappointment, the volume on both monitors are so soft you cant hear anything. We have increased the volume to its highest level but still almost no volume. You have to hold the remote next to your ear to hear something. We’ve removed the monitors because its absolutely useless and the biggest waste of money ever.

We’re sitting with the monitors now and cant use them because of its issue. I won’t suggest this monitors to anyone.
