Look at how they lie when they get caught - No letter was ever brought to my attention regarding the harassing conduct by another tenent - The cat issue has been ongoing since July 2025 - They send 2 letters on the 11 Aug 25 and the 26th Jan 26 - No change, there are cats messing and soiling on my stairs still - They encouraging me to continue reporting but the managing agent they chose at Renprop is ignoring messages and their own agent whom the query is still open with has stopped responding to emails. For the sake of your family and their health - stay away from any property managed by angor.

This was there response As previously advised, following consultation with the Trustees, a letter has been drafted and sent addressing the concerns raised in your complaint, including the matters relating to conduct and pets on the common property. ANGOR acts under instruction of the Scheme's appointed Trustees. In the interim, we encourage you to continue reporting any further incidents to on-site security so that they can be documented appropriately.
