I'm so shocked at the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of the 1st for women team..They called me and were asking me if my car was financed through a bank and asking if I have a balloon payment as if anything happens my car is only issued for its market value...These people are so u professional when you call the call centre you can never hear their agents as there are always people screaming in the background.
Look at how they lie when they get caught - No letter was ever brought to my attention regarding the harassing conduct by another tenent - The cat issue has been ongoing since July 2025 - They send 2 letters on the 11 Aug 25 and the 26th Jan 26 - No change, there are cats messing and soiling on my stairs still - They encouraging me to continue reporting but the managing agent they chose at Renprop is ignoring messages and their own agent whom the query is still open with has stopped responding to emails. For the sake of your family and their health - stay away from any property managed by angor. Do not ever buy any property managed by Angor - Im currently living in a property overun by cats and harassing neighbours and Angor doesnt care about your wellbeing
I'm literally being ****med by 1st for women, they charging me R2000 a month for insurance, when i asked hippo.co.za for quotes and other insurance calculators they listing 1st for women as R934 as what I should be paying...Time to take out the trash, 5 years of lies and gaslighting from them...You will be making the biggest mistake of your life if you get 1st for women.
Takealot is really going down these days...I placed an order with my Christmas stuff and it was a really bad experience. 1st they broke the order up into 2 deliveries, this is a major inconvenience if you are working, second it took weeks for the products to arrive and 3rd, they can't deliver on weekends according to them, so I have to receive an order during working hours which is going to take around 30 minutes due to heavy load...This was the most stressful experience of my life and it's the holidays.
Don't use the PnP store on this app, they can't stick to delivery times, they pack the food but it only arrives hours later defrosted...This is the worst app to order groceries
When I joined first for women 4 years back, I was fairly new to driving so they gave me a high insurance premium of almost 2 thousand rand a month. I was informed that as I gain more experience and years in driving, my premiums would go down. And here we are 4 years later and they try to increase my premiums every year which ends in me calling and fighting about this every year to which my premiums are not going down. Seems like their agents lie to rope you in. Last week I knocked a pole, their claim process was exceptionally ineffective with no proper communication unless I reached out first to them. They later came back and told me they won't pay for the damage to my car. Imagine paying R2000 a month for this pathetic service..Can anyone recommend other insurances?????
I am extremely disappointed with Makro online deliveries...I placed an order and it was going to be delivered on a day when I was not available..The day I rescheduled the delivery through their whatsapp service, the next day when the lady called to confirm delivery, I said that I won't be available and she said she will reschedule, I still got a message that the driver was on the way and when I called the driver he didn't know what was happening. The product was still delivered and returned...The inconsistency and lack of communication between the Makro delivery team needs attention...You will never have this problem with takealot when it comes to deliveries...Makro's e-commerce strategies are clearly failing when it comes to customer service.
I ordered their home internet wifi option, they charged me pro-rata from March, it's now April and I have still not received the modem, so I'm paying for a service not received, when I call the contact center customer care, nobody can help me...This is very disappointing
Please STAY AWAY from them...I ordered couches from them, first they delivered the wrong couches, then came back with the right couches, this process took 2 hours as i live in a complex with stairs, the delievery guys, they bashed and bumped all my other furniture, leaving dents in it , after I unwrapped the couches, there is a putrid smell coming from the couches, it's horrific and it's making my entire place smell so bad...STAY AWAY from Homzy, this is really bad if they can deliver furniture like this.
