ANGUNA HAS ATTITUDE ISSUES AND NO SERVICE!!!!!!!

The manager Susan is giving horrible service and is not even willing to fix a light in the main bedroom because it's going to cost her R450. We are here for 2 weeks and I will fall over the bed in the dark and break something then their cost will be much higher because I will sue. It was even a problem to ask the cleaning lady to come the day after they were supposed to come because we weren't here and the flat was clean. So we had to pay R200 for a clean flat to be cleaned just because she is too lazy to pick up a phone and change the date.

Then the husband comes here before 8am without notifying us that he will come and then when I tell him to let us know before he comes because now we weren't dressed yet, he then gave us an attitude throwing his hand in the air to wave me off and say I must leave it and stormed off.

This is the worst service I have ever gotten... Susan and her husband is making our holiday unbearable.

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone UNLESS management changes!!!!!!
