Telkom keeps deducting money from me, when TELKOM OWES ME MONEY!!!! I have had this fight since February and they paid me R630 this month, saying I will get the other R630 next month, now they are deducting money again saying I owe them. WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS?????????? YOU OWE THE CLIENT MONEY BUT YOU KEEP TAKING MONEY FROM THE CLIENT????? I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT THIS ACCOUNT SORTED OUT FOR ONCE AND FOR ALL - I'm at the point where I will rather move to another service provider because since I upgraded they have just been taking money as they please!!!!!!!
I upgraded my phone on 11 January. I was a few hours early, as Telkom does not provide specific timestamps when confirming upgrade eligibility. Now, I have an EXTRA R600 ON MY BILL to pay the remaining costs of my previous device — and this is on THE SAME DAY I AM ELIGIBLE FOR AN UPGRADE. I was advised that Baseka would log a dispute so this amount would not be included in my invoice. However, I have spoken to five different customer service representatives, all of whom tell me to pay. THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE ON MY END, so why am I being held responsible for Telkom’s error? Telkom must rectify this issue on THEIR SIDE.
I have placed an order on the 17th of March, since the 18th of March my order has been saying PACKED. It has still not been delivered and when I speak to customer care all they tell me is they don't know. I WANT MY PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER, I WILL NEVER BUY FROM MAKRO AGAIN and will definitely encourage other people to not use Makro too!!!!!!!!!!!

NOW I JUST HEAR SORRY...I WAITED HOW LONG GOR FOOD NOT BEING DELIVERED TAKING MY MONEY NOW I'M TOLD TO WAIT UP TO 40 DAYS FOR MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!! YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!!
The driver collected the food at 17h57 I waited 40mins for it to be delivered, when he got here he had an attitude because the road was blocked and he was phoning around instead of looking at his GPS!! He didn't even followed my delivery instructions either. Then he shouted at me. When I phoned Mr Delivery to take back their cold food and refund me, I was told they can only refund 50% of my food...who the hell only refunds 50% when I explicitly told them to take back the food and give my money back!!!! Mr Delivery is the worst Delivery service, this is the 100's time that I have bad service from them and not getting my money back for Mr Delivery's fault for **** food!!!!
I was supposed to receive my package yesterday as per Fastway Couriers, but nothing was delivered, I was trying to phone them for 2 days straight with NO ANSWER??? How do you do business with no one attending to your customers????
I waited 2 hours for my PnP order to delivered...after the order has been ready for 35mins still no driver has been picking up my order. Then when I spoke to 2 call centre agents they promise to get hold of the driver and phone me back. Then they NEVER phone back. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER!!!!! I paid R980 for my order and it hasn't been delivered!!!!! Then they tell me I must cancel the order and the will give my money back and I should reorder!!!! Then I have to wait ANOTHER 90 minutes for a delivery!!!!! I will NEVER use MR D again!!!!!
Don't EVER enter your pet or any competition with these people!!!! The certificate states that Coco came first in the competition of all 729 pets, yet they don't let Coco win, instead they let other pets win that didn't even win the votes. What a disgrace...making money out of people and then not being fair with the ACTUAL winners!!! Disgraceful!!!!
I canceled my Tracker due to me selling my car twice and now a 3rd time. Now they sent me an invoice to pay for August for a service I don't even have and because Tracker didn't cancel my contract as requested twice!!! I will NOT pay for a service I don't have. And EVERY Consultant you speak to at Tracker wants to argue, they don't let you finish talking and they keep saying the same thing over and over...like they are reading from scripts!!!! LISTEN TO YOUR CLIENT!!!!!!! I will never use Tracker again I will move my new car to Car Track just because of how I'm treated at Tracker...after being their client now for 4 years. Disgusting!!!!!!
I have ordered from Mr Deliver, my food was supposed to be picked up at 18h36 it is 19h11 and it still hasn't been picked up. When I phone mr delivery they care more about how I'm talking than to resolve my issue. They keep on asking if I want to cancel the order...WHY WOULD I WANT TO CANCEL IF I ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE AND PAID FOR IT!!!!!! WITH A DELIVERY FEE...this is not the first time happening to me...if the food doesn't come wrong there is no delivery!!!! WE CAN'T MOAN ABOUT SERVICE BECAUSE THERE AIN'T NO SERVICE!!!!!! And then they give you R20 to make you feel better...It's a laughing matter as you can't even buy milk with that R20....MR DELIVERY IS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!!!!! RATHER USE UBER EATS!!!!!
