great service, pets arrived safely, regular updates during the traveling, made relocating my pets less stressful. Excellent service.
I had my two fur babies relocated to the Netherlands. I was extremely nervous about having to fly them over as well as dealing with the paperwork. Thanks to Damian and his team at Animal Travel agency, my pets arrived safe and sound in the Netherlands. They took care of everything in South Africa and kept me up to date throughout the entire process via photos, email and phone calls. I was aware of my pets' current state and wellbeing from the moment they were collected, boarding the flight, to delivery at my house in the Netherlands. Damian always rep**** to my emails and phone calls within the same day and was able to put my mind at ease by explaining the entire procedure very thoroughly. This calmed my nerves and made the waiting much easier for me. My pets arrived exhausted from the flight, but it was very clear that they were well looked after and treated gently and with care. I am forever grateful for the excellent service. I highly recommend them for any person who has to relocate their pets.

Amazing Animal Travel Agency
Duncan Harmse was amazingly efficient and nothing was too much trouble for moving our precious furbaby to South Africa from Switzerland. Altogether a minimum stressful move for our pooch. Kyle welcomed him in Cape Town and took him through all the necessary. We are truly grateful that we were recommended to them. Sincere Thanks to the amazing team.

Animal Travel Agency Pet relocation
Laura Nortje is amazing. She transported our pets internationally. Keeps to the deadlines and the quotes. Constant updates even late at night. Phones you back. When you have to go through such a stressful event she is really the person to use. Personal & professional!
