Unethical business practise
Both my mother and I have still not received the payments for the surveys we completed as far back as November 2019. In 2021 we have received survey requests, which means they are still offering their services to companies, who surely pay them, yet Answered Insight doesn't pay out any of their customers. One can't sign into one's profile, and they don't attend to emails nor phone calls. Between the two of us, we are owed hundreds of Rands.

Answered - mislead....
I have done several surveys for answered, they state they will pay you out whenever you want (provided you have earned a certain amount). Without warning my cash out balance disappeared. When trying to contact them via email or phone, they are "non-existent". I'm truly disappointed that we must give our best and then what has been promised does not result!

Answered Insights - Non-payment of workers
Answered Insight is a surveying company that continues to send out surveys with the promise of paying for responses. However, when payment becomes due, no payouts are made. They presumably get paid by their clients but the payments are never allocated to the survey takers. They remain unresponsive to any attempts to contact them

They presumably get paid by their clients but the payments are never allocated to the survey takers. They remain unresponsive to any attempts to contact them

Answered Insight Biggest Scamming Survey Thieves
I have been a loyal survey taker to many survey companies but this one is to me by far the worst and biggest scam. I took a two day survey which cost me 3 hours on each day, listened and rated over a 1000 songs for a Cape Music Survey they sent me. This was on a promise of a cash incentive via ewallet within 5 days after completing. Its been more then 10 days and I am still waiting. They don't reply to emails, fb messages or answer their pH. They are the biggest scammers and I will make sure I sue them.

Points disappeared and cannot cash out
Been using this platform for a while and now my points have disappeared and it shows -80 points yet i have completed surveys. Their contact us does not work and the email comes back as failed.

SHUT THEM DOWN UNLESS THEY RESOLVE THE STEALING OF OUR EARNED REMUNERATION!!!
Absolute crooks, reviewers points disappeared months ago, despite repeatedly trying to contact them, all messages and calls go unanswered, in late January the sent out a message reassuring all reviewers that they were resolving the payment issues, but to date nothing has been done, my account is still showing a zero balance, and these crooks still continue to send out surveys!!! They need to be shut down!!!
