Both my mother and I have still not received the payments for the surveys we completed as far back as November 2019. In 2021 we have received survey requests, which means they are still offering their services to companies, who surely pay them, yet Answered Insight doesn't pay out any of their customers.
One can't sign into one's profile, and they don't attend to emails nor phone calls.
Between the two of us, we are owed hundreds of Rands.
