APC Overnight and Joma Sport Za.Shop

I bought sandals from a shop that claimed to sell Ipanema sandals. I paid in full. Next I get an email saying that APC Overnight will deliver this parcel to me. Parcel has not arrived. When I go to track my order it says no such tracking number and when I call the number it says number does not exist. I initially bought the sandals from a shop called Joma Sport Za.Shop which also does not exist. Can someone please help to recover my money.
