Poor and pathetic emergency room
The worst emergency hospital ever... waiting periods in casualty is 4 hours..only 1 Dr whose running between emergency and ICU. Pathetic and extremely poor service. This is a private hospital but waiting times are similar to a government clinic

Disgusting service from MTN
Good Morning I am disgusted with the service received from MTN. I have been a loyal client for the last 28 years. They did an early upgrade for my data contract without informing me that an early upgrade fee of R1400 will be charged. They then debited my account for this R1400 extra on 25th June 2025. I have been calling them to assist me with my refund of R1400 as I did not agree to this early upgrade done via their third party provider ISON. Every agent I have spoken to has promised to send an email to retentions and get ISON to call me back which nobody has done. I want my R1400 to be refunded to me asap or I will seek legal help charging MTN for ***** as this money was taken out of my account without my approval.

Disgusting attitude from Medshield
Its with a heavy heart that I write this. I am a member with Medshield for 9 months now and yesterday I was in severe pain, shortness of breath and sharp shotting pians around my kidneys and lower back. I sat from 11h30am until 6pm in the casualty unit in Alballito Hospital and Medshield refused to admit me. A day later and I am experiencing excruciating pain and still when I call for authorization I get told your case is pending. I wonder if I will receive the authorization once I'm dead as that is how seriously in pain I am in. Totally disgusted and shocked at how they treat their members. I used up R150 in airtime today only trying to call and get answers. I was with Discovery for over 12 years and had absolutely no problems if me or my kids needed admission but Medshield is on a whole other level. It seems we pay monthly for nothing because when we need to be admitted they need to 3 to 5 days to apparently review the case.

APC Overnight and Joma Sport Za.Shop
I bought sandals from a shop that claimed to sell Ipanema sandals. I paid in full. Next I get an email saying that APC Overnight will deliver this parcel to me. Parcel has not arrived. When I go to track my order it says no such tracking number and when I call the number it says number does not exist. I initially bought the sandals from a shop called Joma Sport Za.Shop which also does not exist. Can someone please help to recover my money.

I have 3 vehicles and household insurance with Dotsure. Its so good to have 1 company to cover all my insurance needs. Their prices are extremely reasonable in such a negative economy.
