poor company culture

If you do not fit in to a specific cultural demographic you will not last in this company. Being English is met with being too soft or not assertive enough???? The very strong Afrikaans culture is toxic and is used to justify firing and retrenching staff if you do not fit in. Like all businesses you need to be a part of the inner circle or clicks to be safe from the AXE. And getting into these clicks and inner circles is near impossible?
