I own a Huawei watch GT2e 38c, Model Hector-B195, to be assessed and repaired under warranty which I confirmed via the Huawei website. I received feedback from the team at DRC stating that you, made the decision that my watch has impact damaged and falls out of warranty. I strongly feel that your decision is very unfair and to be very honest unjustified. Let me elaborate why I feel this way. Let’s take the Huawei watch GT 2e, it is designed and manufactured to easily fit into any consumer’s life style, be it stay at home mom, business exec, adventure finders and extreme sport enthusiasts etc. And loaded with many different workout modes giving the user both confidence and the tools to motivate and measure their output and monitor results in the listed workout disciplines, these features require the user to wear the device, all the time or for as long as possible for extensive data collection and to gather information such as the amount of steps taken, Heart rate monitor results and stress monitoring function to get the full complement of the Huawei devices features. Above being said the device will start showing signs of wear and depending on the areas how active the person using the device in this case, this will also contribute to the device being slightly weather along the way. And may I add in most if not all the workouts the device can and will get weathered and take some physical impact. Unless the user (me) NEEDS to REMOVE my device to save it from being impact damaged before I embark on mountain climbing, running, walking, let me be extreme and take a shower with it on. I have never and will never deliberately damage my device, I mentioned repeatedly that I love my watch and it is a very important part of my daily life. I did everything in my power to prevent it from getting hurt. May I suggest that you reconsider your original decision and, repair the device under warranty or replace it under warranty? Before you spend a fortune on these devices make sure you understand the limitations. And what Huawei will cover under the warranty clauses.
If you do not fit in to a specific cultural demographic you will not last in this company. Being English is met with being too soft or not assertive enough???? The very strong Afrikaans culture is toxic and is used to justify firing and retrenching staff if you do not fit in. Like all businesses you need to be a part of the inner circle or clicks to be safe from the AXE. And getting into these clicks and inner circles is near impossible? Sad business culture
Fidelity ADT is a absolute joke. If Wahl Bartmann knew how his executives ran the different business units he would loose his mind. Sales teams are being driven by a narrow minded executive at the top of the business, with no realistic idea or understanding of the country financial and economic challenges. FADT business process are so dated and unproductive that it causes poor service and results. It is absolutely mind blowing how some people in there roles keep there jobs, while earning exorbitant salaries. And when staff don't conform to these individuals or fit into there "expectation" they, eradicate you like dogs. There is no support or positive intervention given to try and assist the person or process. I hope the people that negatively impact the employees get what is coming to them and also feel the hardship and suffering they cause.
