I bought a ticket from APMWC, and the bus was delayed with no communication. After struggling to reach customer care, I was told two hours after the scheduled departure that it would be four hours late. When I asked for a refund or to reschedule, they refused.

This company is a ****, with poor service and zero respect for customers. I will never use them again and strongly advise others to avoid them.
