So i placed an order for delivery using the Appetite App at Nandos Alberton Crossing. 10-15mins later i get a call from their call center to say they don't do deliveries from Nandos anymore and that i should call the store to place an order for delivery.
So i asked them why do they still have the store advertized on the app and he told me that they are in the process of removing Nandos from the app.
As a customer its not my problem that they still have the store on the app and if they had good customer service they would have made a plan to get the food to me even if it was this 1 time but the guy was so anti helping me so i will never use this app again and if anyone from their head office would like to chat to me they can private message me for my details.
