<p>I ordered food from Nandos lambton via the Appetite delivery service. The driver who delivered my order didn't have change on him. He gave me the numbers to call the Nandos manager to assure me that he would bring the change later but the phone was not picked up. I called Appetite again to find out if I should hold on to the money while the driver gets change or if I should give him the money and wait for him to return change. A lady by the name of Tanya at Appetite asked to speak to the delivery guy. </p> <p>After i gave him the phone I could still hear her while she was speaking to the driver. She was unreasonably shouting at the man like he was a 5 yr old, or worse. Screaming like crazy. I grabbed the phone and asked her how could she address an adult in that manner. I was so disgusted by the way she handled the whole thing. </p> <p> </p> <p>I called to get direction not to complain about my change. </p> <p>You can be firm and address your employees when their wrong but nothing gives you the right to talk to them like they're not human. I will never use their service again.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was informed later that she wanted to fire the guy after the incident. What an injustice.</p> <p>#blacklivesmatter </p>
